Garnett Wolseley, of GMR Consulting, worked with us to establish our requirements and develop Sales Skills and Customer Care workshops for a select group of our staff. The challenge was to ensure that the course content was correctly balanced so it would deliver practical benefits to our mix of experienced employees and new starts.

I’m glad to say that the feedback was excellent, and we intend to utilise GMR Consulting to roll out the Customer Care module to our remaining employees.
