We contracted GMR Consulting to deliver a one-day Customer Care workshop as part of our on going commitment to Service Excellence within Acheson & Glover. The session was very effective combining theory, practical work, and role-play to enhance each individual’s skills and underpin our belief that our customers are our most valuable assets.
