Waterways Ireland rolls out Infocentre

GMR Consulting recently successfully completed an assignment to train 150 Waterways Ireland staff in the use of their internal Intranet called “Infocentre”. This powerful tool enables staff across the island of Ireland to collaborate with colleagues on projects, share information, documents and resources all of which enhances communication and reduces paperwork. Infocentre is now live and delivering excellent benefits to the organisation.

Novosco Invests In Customer Care Training

Leading Virtual Infrastructure provider Novosco, recently engaged GMR Consulting to deliver a company wide Customer Care Workshop. The training session, which was held in the Island Centre Lisburn, covered a range of established and innovative Customer Care thinking and techniques and, (based on the delegate feedback), was both effective and enjoyable.
