Novosco Invests In Customer Care Training

Leading Virtual Infrastructure provider Novosco, recently engaged GMR Consulting to deliver a company wide Customer Care Workshop. The training session, which was held in the Island Centre Lisburn, covered a range of established and innovative Customer Care thinking and techniques and, (based on the delegate feedback), was both effective and enjoyable.
