Food for Thought

GMR Consulting’s Principal, Garnett Wolseley, has been engaged by a well known local hospitality business to re-vamp their Business Development function. The vastly different landscape created by the pandemic has required a re-think of all aspects of the business from Supplier management through to staff development, menu pricing and customer service. A challenging but very enjoyable project awaits.
