GMR has been engaged by a major manufacturing company to review and overhaul their Business Continuity Plan. The company operates over 4 diverse sites with varying environmental and operational conditions, so there will be a BCP for each site. Of course, a test plan will be essential, because if you don’t test it….well, don’t bother expecting things to go smoothly in a crisis!
