GMR Consulting has completed an assignment to assist a leading Home Improvements company to restructure some of its key operational processes. The focus was mainly on fabrication and installation for new clients as well as customer service. Training was delivered for all staff to embed a culture of excellent customer service. The business owners have been delighted with the changes made and the results achieved.
