A major multinational manufacturing company has engaged GMR Consulting to develop a Business Continuity Plan for three locations across the UK. The process, in which we have in depth expertise, involves meeting with key stakeholders and assessing potential scenarios or risks, the likelihood of those scenarios occurring and the potential impact on business operations.
