GMR Consulting has been engaged by an leading local Food processing company to produce a robust Business Continuity Plan to ensure their business operations can survive the impact of a range of likely threats. These include fire, flood, sabotage, loss of power supply, severe weather etc. The process involves a Business Impact Assessment, a Risk Analysis, the development of Remedial Plans & Actions and a Maintenance and Testing Plan.
