Testing Times!

A leading IT Services provider has engaged GMR Consulting to develop a range of SJTs, (Situational Judgement Tests), to support its recruitment process for both its UK and International Sales Teams. SJTs present potential candidates with a variety of hypothetical situations that they might face in the job for which they are applying. Each SJT offers the candidate the choice of a number of possible actions from which they must select the one they feel to be the most suitable.
