GMR Consulting has completed a project with a local IT solutions provider to enable them to achieve the prestigious Investors in People Award. GMR’s Principal, Garnett Wolseley, supported and advised the company as the Management Team worked through a number of key tasks to underpin and embed their existing commitment to effective leadership, and staff learning and development. People are an organisation’s greatest asset and in order to grow, you must devote appropriate resources to growing and developing your staff. Achieving Investors in People status is not a tick box exercise, it is a rewarding and valuable project that will strengthen a company and greatly contribute to its long term success.
