A multinational company has engaged GMR Consulting to deliver a series of role -play based workshops to enhance the performance of the Sales Team. Once the approach and training tools have been developed and tested locally, the programme will be rolled out across the other 6 locations. We are very pleased to be involved in this significant investment in personal development and team building.
