GMR Consulting has sucessfully rolled out a 5 Module Sales Training programme for a major local ICT services company with over 100 staff. Many key aspects of the Sales role were covered including Key Account Management, Solution Selling, Customer Care, Negotiation Skills, and Presentation Skills. A number of new techniques and disciplines were introduced which will enhance the organisation’s capabilities as it continues a successful period of growth.
