GMR Consulting has delivered a Consultative Selling Programme to an international sales team from a major agri foods manufacturer. The programme blended all the essential aspects of relationship building and account management, with practical work and case studies to develop and enhance the team’s skills. The programme will be rolled out to a number of other sales teams in the group over the coming year.
