Training is still vital!

In the current difficult trading conditions, some companies understandably cut back on expenditure. However, the forward thinking organisations realise that this is in fact the time when they need to ensure that their sales teams have the right skills and competencies, and are working as efficiently and smartly as possible. In partnership with another leading local consulting company, GMR has delivered a series of workshops themed on “Sales Professionalism” to a major, all Ireland, telcommunications company. Results so far have been excellent, and management intend to roll out the programme further across the company.
