Information Technology is a major investment, but one that can pay big dividends if the appropriate systems are implemented correctly. It is vital to review these systems on a regular basis to ensure they continue to be fit for purpose, and offer value for money. GMR Consulting has been engaged by a local organisation to carry out just such a review, looking at applications, infrastructure, usage and overall implementation. The findings will be presented to the Board with recommendations for change accompanied by an action plan.
