GMR Consulting has successfully concluded a project with Waterways Ireland which involved the procurement of an Asset Management System to assist in the inspection, maintenance, repair and replacement of the many bridges it is responsible for throughout Ireland. Services provided included QA of all Contract Documentation, Procurement advice and guidance, publishing the Contract Notice in the European Journal, development of a Contract and Schedules, Chairing the Evaluation Panel, and debriefing suppliers.
