GMR Consulting has secured a contract to assist a local company expand into the Scottish market with their Health related products and services. The project encompasses Market Research, developing a Strategy, and producing a Business Plan. In addition, assistance will be provided in developing Sales Procedures and Reporting Mechanisms for the new venture.
