GMR Consulting was recently contracted to deliver part of the Farm Diversification Business Start Programme sponsored by CAFRE. This programme, consisting of a range of workshops complemented by mentoring, was designed to help farm families establish a diversification enterprise by developing their key business skills.

GMR provided Sales Skills workshops for the programme, and also mentored a number of start up businesses assisting them to bring their product to market. Several of these new businesses have already taken orders for their products / services. All of the participants hailed the programme as a great success.
