A large public sector organisation has selected GMR Consulting to assist with the establishment of a Managed Services Contract for their Infrastructure Systems. This significant project will include the production of an operational requirement, issuing tender documention and evaluating responses, negotiating draft contracts with suppliers and project management under PRINCE methodology.

The award of this contract illustrates the confidence large organisations have in our ability to successfully deliver projects.
