Biznet Cares for its Customers

Leading e-services provider Biznet Solutions Ltd recently engaged GMR Consulting to provide Customer Care training for all staff, including management, at its Belfast offices.

Two workshops were conducted, with half the staff attending in the morning, and the remainder in the afternoon. A total of 27 people were shown why Customer Care is vital, how to deal with complaints, and the importance of internal company teamwork.

The sessions were very well received, and the role play sessions, and practical exercises in particular, were memorable and at times very entertaining!
