A major public sector organisation has selected GMR to provide consulting services on a key procurement valued in excess of £3 million.

The project will entail working closely with staff to develop a Business Case, initiate the project, and develop the Operational Requirement document.
GMR Consulting will also provide assitance in the selection of a supplier, and the development of contracts and Service Level Agreements.

Their Head of Information Technology explained that GMR Consulting demonstrated the experience, the people skills, and the commitment needed to ensure this high profile project would be a success.
