Acheson & Glover Builds on Success

GMR Consulting’s Garnett Wolseley recently delivered an intensive one day Customer Care workshop at Acheson & Glover’s Fivemiletown facility to staff from two locations. The session covered internal and external customer service, setting expectations, dealing with difficult situations and telephone techniques. Theory, practical work and customised role-plays ensured the workshop was both effective and fun.
