GMR Consulting’s principal, Garnett Wolseley, is about to embark on a Sales Development programme with a major manufacturing company. The first phase will be a complete and thorough audit of all sales processes and current performance, which will be followed by a development programme designed to address any shortcomings identified and to raise performance levels within the entire sales function.
