GMR Consulting was recently engaged by an all Ireland IT organisation to carry out a Leadership and Team Building event in Dublin. The workshop included internal relationship building and management elements along with motivational exercises and honest self assessment. A number of key issues were faced and overcome during the session which all attendees reported as worthwhile, enjoyable and very professionally delivered.
